at Ermou and Venizelou st., in one of the older buildings of
Thessaloniki city, built in 1929, cafe bar restaurant "SYMFONIA" was
"born".Restoration of the building came first in 2003, by its owner I. Kapetanios. The architects and mechanical engineers tried and finally achieved to preserve the initial form and image of the building.
The "jewel" of the building "SYMFONIA", is at the top two floors of the building, the fourth and the fifth, with characteristic sign the impressive dome at the top which hosts the central bar of the company, embraced with harmony by the two big balconies around it, which host customers for drinks and dinner at summer, giving them at the same time the chance to enjoy the magical city view.
The fifth floor connects with the fourth, where the main restaurant is, with inner stairs, which lead to the three elevators used for entering and getting out of the company.
Modern decoration of internal, with emphasis at the use of wood and earth colours, joins harmony with the outer style of the new classical building and connects the past with the present.
Concerning the future the businessmen of bar restaurant "SYMFONIA", Akis Deligeorgiou and Ntenis Melas, with many years of experience and specialists in the fields of feasting - entertainment, promise that the "recipe" will remain the same, old and successful, in order to give the customers the greatest satisfaction.
